  • STEP 1

    In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and cocoa powder over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Cook, whisking constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract.

  • STEP 2

    Add peanut butter and oats to a large mixture bowl. Add the sugar/milk mixture. Stir, combining well. Divide batter into 48 pieces and roll into balls. Roll each ball into chopped peanuts. Let cool until hardened. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

  • PREP TIP

    Use Hood® Chocolate 1% Lowfat Milk in place of plain for an even richer chocolate flavor.
